All units have roomy balconies to watch the ships come and go through the Port of Corpus Christi. You are right on the sand and there is no other property in front of you and the Gulf of Mexico. My units have been newly updated and are very tastefully decorated and CLEAN. Vacation in paradise. Prefer long term in winter, short term is available from March 1st through Labor Day. Additional Description: Vacation in paradise. Location, location, location. My beautiful condo unit is all newly updated with new furniture, flat screen, very nicely appointed decorations and fully equipped with kitchen. All of the units have ocean views and sit right on the sand. It is a gated community with 24 hour security guards and security surveilance equipment. Each unit has a balcony and it is lovely to watch the ships sail. They heat one of the pools all year round with 2 new hot tubs. It is a perfect location close to the Texas State Aquarium, the USS Lexington, and a new water park being built. Just over Harbor Bridge is downtown Corpus. There is brand new restaurant right out your door. It sleeps six, 4 adults, 2 kids. I had such great success last year, my first year, that two are coming back for three months, therefore, I am only accepting a three month minimum for Winter Texans from Jan1st through the end of March.Utilities:
Additional Description: The internet cafe service is in the middle or second building out of three buildings at Villa Del-Sol.
